A：We supply electric forklifts with load capacity ranging from 0.5 ton to 10 tons, including mini walkie stackers, stand-on pallet trucks, seated counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks. Custom load capacity models are also available upon request.
A：Whole machine warranty is 1 year or 2000 working hours (whichever comes first). Lithium battery core enjoys 2-year warranty, lead-acid battery 12 months. Core parts including motor, controller, charger are covered under free repair within warranty.
A：Yes, all customizations are supported. We adjust mast lifting height from 2m to 7m, offer custom body paint color, and optional attachments: side shifter, fork positioner, paper roll clamp, barrel clamp, multi-layer stacker carriage etc.
A：Standard in-stock models can be delivered within 7-15 days. Customized forklifts with special mast, battery or attachments take 20-35 production days, plus sea freight time based on destination port.
A：We accept T/T wire transfer, L/C irrevocable letter of credit, Alibaba Trade Assurance. For long-term cooperative clients, flexible installment payment terms are negotiable.
